Juan Valentine aka "JV" was born and raised in the South Side of Houston, TX in January of 1984. With his mother Gloria from El Salvador and his father Juan from Monterrey N.L Mexico, JV learned to write and speak both Spanish and English allowing him to be versatile when it came to song creations. Coming from the neighborhood in Houston where he was raised in and being part of a freestyle battling community in which he participated in, gave him the inspiration to pursue his love and passion for music especially in the Latin culture placing him in the position he is in today. Inspired by artist like Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Wisin y Yandel, and many others, JV took on the challenge to become an elite Latin artist himself and now has been part of Dovle "V" together with Voodoo as lead vocalist since 2012. Sharing stages with big names like Arcangel, Nicky Jam, Yomo, Tego Calderon, Tony Dize, Kumbia Kings and many more! JV is on a mission to conquer the world with his skills and talents.
